Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about Phantom launches, creator fees, AI, and products.
In this guide
What can I use right now?
Prepare a coin with your own image, name, ticker, and description, then use Phantom to review a real Pump launch when the deployment’s required services are configured. You can also browse examples, the model catalogue, and docs. AI workers, fee claims, spending automation, and burns are deferred.
When is my coin actually launched?
Only after the launch transaction is confirmed and verified against the prepared launch. A form preview, local draft, connected wallet, signed login message, successful simulation, or submitted signature alone is not a confirmed coin. Preparing the launch uploads public image and metadata files.
Does choosing a model start AI work?
No. Your selection is a preference saved with the brief. Live generation needs a funded provider connection and controlled execution. Neither paid generation nor background AI work is active in this release.
Who receives creator fees?
The BRAND treasury shown in the review is set as creator. Fees accrue in its Pump creator vault and require a claim before treasury spending. The later internal policy allocates received fees 90% to the brand and AI, 5% to brand-coin buybacks and burns, and 5% to $BRAND buybacks and burns. Claims, allocations, and spending are deferred; the launch does not configure an immutable three-recipient split.
Is the initial SOL amount my total launch cost?
No. It caps the optional token purchase. The reviewed network fee and account-creation rent are additional. The buy uses a fixed 1% output tolerance without raising your SOL cap, so actual spend can be lower. Choose zero to create the coin without an initial buy.
What happens when creator fees slow down?
In the intended operating model, optional AI work slows or pauses when there are insufficient available funds. Existing job reservations remain accounted for, and paid customer orders still need to be fulfilled or resolved. The brand must not depend on future trading activity to honour an order.
Can I buy the example products?
The current products are concept previews, with no active checkout. A real offer needs a supplier variant, approved artwork and sample, complete pricing, payment handling, and customer support.
Are buybacks or burns already happening?
No. The policy sets aside 5% of received creator fees for the brand coin and 5% for $BRAND, but those allocations are not evidence of execution. Live routing, purchases, and burns require verified integrations and transaction records. The release reports no executed buybacks or burns.
What will a live AI activity feed show?
Actual job records: status, time, model, output, and recorded cost. Pending or failed work must be shown accurately. The feed should make results reviewable rather than simulate thoughts or invent progress. That live backend connection is not active yet.
Why can’t I see unfinished form progress on another device?
Unsubmitted progress is kept locally in this browser. That convenience is separate from server launch records and does not provide cross-device draft synchronisation. Earlier drafts can be restored, but they need your coin image and a fresh launch review.
